At Lyons Bagpipes & Highland Supplies, we like to take the personal approach towards taking and processing orders. This way we can ensure our customers are getting the right products, the right advice and can be assured that their private information is securely collected and protected.
Placing your Order
Email:- sales@lyonsbagpipes.com OR lyonsbagpipes@hotmail.com - Email the brand, name and/or description of the products you are enquiring about or wishing to purchase. Include your full name, postal address and mobile telephone number and the method of payment you intend to use. Please call if you wish to make payment by Visa or Mastercard.
Email to Request a Callback:- If you wish to discuss an order or ask for advice on any product or purchase, please email sales@lyonsbagpipes.com OR lyonsbagpipes@hotmail.com with your enquiry, name and mobile phone number and we'll endeavour to get back to you and return your phone call as soon as possible.
Payments
No. 1 Preferred Payment Method:- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Direct Deposit (DD) - Funds can be transfered directly from your bank account into our bank account. EFT/DD details will be on your invoice that has been emailed to you. Please ensure you have a draft invoice before making a deposit, as there will be postage to add in most orders.
Visa or Mastercard - Visa & Mastercard only accepted. Please supply the Card Number, Expiry Date & 3 Digit Security CCV Number. (If sending Credit Card Info by Email, we suggest sending it in either 2 or 3 seperates emails for security)
Cash - Arrangements can be made to accept cash in person only. Please do not send cash through the post.
Cheque - Only Pipe Band cheques accepted. Please do not send cheques in any currency other than Australian Dollars. All Cheques to be made out to Lyons Enterprises Pty Ltd. (NOTE:- We will no longer be accepting cheques from 1st January 2024)
Postal Information
Lyons Bagpipes and Highland Supplies has an excellent postal contract through Australia Post.
All small parcels, posted within Australia, will be sent by Express Post.
Larger parcels such as Shoes & Pipe Cases will be sent as regular Australia Post Mail.
Items of value, such as sets of bagpipes, will always be sent as Registered & Tracked Mail, and will include Person to Person Registration which must be signed for by the recipient.
All overseas parcels will be sent through EMS Express International Courier Service.
