The Peel Regional Police Pipe Band
The Peel Regional Police Pipe Band are one of Canada's top pipe bands. During the past number of years the band has had much success on the Ontario competition circuit and had several trips to compete in the Grade 1 World Pipe Band Championships.
During the late 90's under the leadership of Pipe Major Michael Grey, the band showed great promise and played a very innovative style of music with Michael's influence and great composing talents prevelant.
This CD is well worth a listen and shows off the bands talents with some very interesting pipe band arrangements.
Michael Grey and the band also released an accompanying music book around the same time which contains many of the bands tunes and is also available:-
