Bill Livingstone is one of the few living legends of the piping World.

Not only is Bill a highly decorated solo piper but also a Pipe Major of one of the World's Premier Pipe Bands, The 78th Fraser Highlanders from Ontario, Canada.

Over the years Bill has been a steady and successful competitor in both Canada and Scotland and has won pretty much every medal and award there is.
