Crozier Cane Drone Reed - The worlds first plastic drone reed originally made by Robert Crozier and Geoff Ross began in 1985. After 20 years, the original classic "Ross Reed" has been discontinued. Now, due to popular demand, Robert Crozier has decided to re-release a cane reed in early 2005. By using all the original machinery that made the Ross Reed cane tongues, Crozier Bagpipes have combined the original Ross Reed cane tongue with the modern Crozier plastic body and modernised the original reed.
